Sarah Harriott

Clinical Psychologist, founder of Nurture Perinatal Psychology

Sarah is a Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about supporting women and men through the challenges that can arise throughout the perinatal period. She utilises a range of evidence-based interventions, including attachment-based therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), schema therapy, and Gottman method relationships therapy. Sarah is also an accredited facilitator of the Circle of Security™ Parenting Program.

Sarah's approach is to provide warm, client-centred, and supportive care. She strives to cultivate a space which feels safe and calm- a place where you feel seen, heard, and supported.

Sarah is a wife and mother of two young children. As well as her private practice work, Sarah is a clinical supervisor for provisional and early-career psychologists, and is a regular panelist on the television program Be That.
